This is Decorex reimagined

A hybrid marketplace and next-generation platform.

Always an extraordinary experience.

Summit presented by ASUS

Decorex Africa has long traded in inspiration. In 2022, the brand will launch Summits in Cape Town and Joburg, as platforms for sharing and connection to serve the local design community. Hosted over one day in each city; the summits will feature a lineup of African and international designers who will be invited to share their perspectives on the ways in which we Reimagine.

2022 Theme: Reimagined

In the spirit of the wider change that’s happening across the continent, Decorex Africa is committed to being a catalyst for the evolution of the interiors, design and lifestyle industries. We intend to do this not just by platforming the best of African design, but also by exporting it around the world through international trade programmes and by leveraging our relationships in the RX Global ecosystem, such as with Maison&Objet and Salone del Mobile.

Trend Day presented by Cosentino

You’re invited to reimagine this world with Decorex Africa’s creative director, Bielle Bellingham and architectural curator, Theo Bothma at Africa’s leading decor and design forum. This insightful, CPD-accredited trend briefing with two of South Africa’s leading trend authorities will be followed by a guided tour of the exhibition.

Having been an anchor to the design industry for 29 years, now is the time for change. Decorex Africa has been reimagined, and we seek to inspire the industry to do the same, by challenging the status quo and developing new business opportunities with new hybrid approaches that take the industry to the next level.

Mask wearing and presentation of vaccine certificates or negative COVID-19 tests are no longer mandatory to enter a venue in South Africa.  We leave these decisions to the individual attendee, but strongly encourage vulnerable people and those with underlying medical conditions to take appropriate health precautions
