Chef Su-yen
Su-yen came to South Africa and was able to explore her passion for great food and sharing love on a plate through her weekly pop up restaurant in Johannesburg. A meal should evoke memories of culinary delights. These can be as simple as mum’s Wednesday dinner or time travel you back to your favourite holiday, but the greatest ingredient of all is the coming together of people.
CHEZ FONG
Chef Jade
