FUTURE OF WORK

by Ergoform

The Future of Work: A Collaborative Vision by 100% Design, Ergoform, and E-piphany

At the vanguard of innovation and transformation, 100% Design Africa and Ergoform join forces — now in collaboration with E-piphany — to present the inaugural Future of Design Studio, a dynamic platform hosted in Johannesburg. As the world navigates sweeping changes in trade, technology, and human experience, this studio creates space for design to lead the charge toward meaningful adaptation and bold action.

This immersive initiative will host a curated series of discussions and presentations, diving deep into the social, ecological, and cultural dimensions of our changing world. With topics ranging from circularity, biofabrication, Web 3.0, and the metaverse, to design activism, transdisciplinary co-creation, and the nuances of African design, the Studio aims to generate not just conversation, but a toolkit for action and a vibrant network of changemakers.

In synergy with Ergoform’s vision as outlined in their “What Has Changed in the World?” message, the collaboration embraces the urgency for creative resilience, face-to-face collaboration, and the cultivation of the "new corporate athlete" — adaptive, skilled, and ready to perform in a landscape transformed by AI, geopolitical shifts, and a radically redefined workplace.

Adding a new dimension to this experience, E-piphany — a premier destination for high-end audio founded on the belief that exceptional sound should be accessible to all who value it — brings immersive auditory design into the fold. The Ergoform and E-piphany collaboration ensures that the environments crafted are not only visually and functionally inspiring but acoustically refined to enhance focus, connection, and collaboration.

Together, 100% Design, Ergoform, and E-piphany invite you to step into a space where future workspaces are prototyped, ideas are cross-pollinated, and creativity becomes the most vital currency of survival.
