100% Weave in collaboration with House and Leisure
Supported by local textile houses, this exhibit will explore weaving in all its facets, from traditional hand-weaving of baskets and crafts to industrial fabric production of the textile industry that services fashion, interior design and industry.
Exhibitors in this space will have the opportunity to see their insights, approaches and innovations threaded into the history of woven design practice.
100% Transparency in collaboration with Conde Nast House & Garden
Transparency in design means purpose-led design that draws a clear line between insight and execution while not obfuscating design challenges, processes and materials. In our Radical Transparency exhibition, we address this approach from all angles through a conversation around both literal and figurative transparency in design. The exhibit will be curated with transparent designs from a range of brands, from small independents to large industrial players, with the intention of showing the power of transparency to build brand affinity and trust.
Take a seat and let’s examine the indispensable chair: an object of design that serves as a base for deeper design-related debate than you might imagine.
Our 100% Chair exhibit looks at the evolution of this often simple, always ubiquitous design staple in relation to concepts of ‘Good Design’, the zeitgeist of design, cultural influences and innovation.
