Decorex Joburg 2025 is bigger, bolder and more design-packed than ever before, and it’s all happening across five levels at the Sandton Convention Centre from 24 to 27 July.

Capitec handmadeAFRICA

This year’s newest must-see feature, the Capitec handmadeAFRICA Design MRKT spans two floors (levels 4 and 5), with over 40 design-led brands offering finely crafted homeware, lifestyle goods, pantry staples and contemporary African collectibles.

Curated by interior designer Bilala Mabuza, this first-of-its-kind showcase celebrates leading female voices in African design – a compelling mix of legacy names and rising talent, including Maira Koutsoudakis (CEO of LIFE Interiors Architecture Strategic Design), Andrea Kleinloog and Megan Hesse (of design studio HesseKleinloog), Julia Day (of Julia Day Interiors), Mpho Vackier (of furniture and product design studio TheUrbanative), furniture, homeware and interior designer Lee-Ann Bell, interior architect Nicole Botha, Tanya Solomon (of Living Inspired Interiors), and photographers Elsa Young and Sarah de Pina.
